At Meudema, your happiness is what matters most! We’re here to ensure you love our products and feel pampered every step of the way.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We get it—skincare is personal! If you’re not completely satisfied with any unopened and unused full-priced items, no worries. You can return them within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, which we’ll process within 3 days.

Just let us know, and we’ll even arrange a reverse pickup for most locations in India. For any opened items at delivery, feel free to reject them right then and there.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Sale items, opened, or used products are non-refundable.
  • We’re not responsible for any damage that happens after delivery.

Once we get your return, we’ll notify you via SMS and email as soon as your refund is processed.

Shipping Policy
We’re thrilled to offer free shipping on all prepaid orders! For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there's a small flat fee of INR 40, regardless of the order amount.

We ship all products from our warehouse in Gurugram, Haryana, partnering with the fastest delivery services. Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic Delivery: 7-14 business days

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, and if you haven’t opted for DND, we’ll send you an SMS update. Please note, Meudema isn’t responsible for goods signed by someone else or any damage after delivery. Any issues with shortages or damages should be reported to our customer service on the same or next business day.

Return Policy
We put our heart into crafting skincare products you’ll love. If you ever need to return something, here’s how we can help:

  1. Reach out to us at info@meudema.in within 7 days of delivery if you’ve received the wrong, expired, or damaged product(s).
  2. You can also use the Chat option on our website to make a return request.
  3. Give us 2 business days to review your request.
  4. Once we receive the product(s), we’ll verify your claim and arrange a replacement or refund based on stock availability.

You can return products if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired
  • The product arrived damaged
