DELIVERY & TRACKING

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Times:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.

SHIPPING COSTS

Express Shipping: For urgent deliveries, express shipping is available in select cities at an additional cost. This option will be displayed during checkout.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Serviceable Areas: We deliver to most pin codes across India. However, certain remote or non-serviceable areas may not be eligible for delivery. If your location falls under this category, you will be notified during checkout.
P.O. Boxes: We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Unexpected Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues.
